After building a relationship with the Client subsequent to our initial engagement in 2003, we fulfilled several major refurbishments to their Hostel stock, with one of the most significant being their property in Oban.
The scheme here was extensive, involving significant external fabric repairs, together with wholesale alterations, refurbishment and facility upgrades to all internal areas.
Design, Cost Control, Contract Administration and Principal Designer services were provided, with the works being completed within programme and budget.
