This property had suffered an extensive water damage loss through a series of burst pipes.
We initially managed a strip out phase which allowed the full extent of damage to be gauged and a drying process commenced thereon.
Thereafter, the reinstatement package of works were considered and progressed with the contractor who had carried out the strip out.
The project was completed successfully within programme and budget.
