We were appointed as Lead Consultant to oversee the alteration works of several units within the Finnart Street Campus of James Watt College.
The project involved the internal fitout of an area within the Workshop Block to create a new teaching facility for the Trowel Trades Department.
The works comprised the removal of existing partitions to create a larger workshop area for teaching purposes, with full fitting out works carried out which included stripping out and replacement of the power, IT, heating, lighting and ventilation installations.
