After listening fully to the Clients brief requirements, we developed the brief in conjunction with Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, the full design development was accepted as an agreed scheme.
We obtained Statutory Consent approvals and thereafter issue full tender documentation to the market to receive competitive offers.
The on site works progressed well and were concluded within budget and programme.
